Dr. DeVictor earned his undergraduate degree in Biology and Spanish at Emory University in just three years, graduating with honors through the President’s Emerging Global Scholars Program and Hope Scholarship.

Next, he received his medical degree from Mercer University School of Medicine, where he was awarded a Distinction for Service to the Community.

His surgical training includes:

  • Residency: Otorhinolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery, SUNY Buffalo Jacobs School of Medicine, under the mentorship of Dr. David Sherris.
  • Fellowship: Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery, UC Davis, with Dr. Travis Tollefson, world-renowned surgeon and journal editor.
  • Fellowship: Facial Trauma, International AO Foundation in Craniomaxillofacial Surgery.
