Khan, M.D.
Dr. Mija Khan grew up in a small town in West Virginia where she developed her love for the outdoors. She then moved to upstate New York to attend Cornell University. She returned back home to West Virginia University for her medical school training. This led her to a six-year Plastic Surgery Residency at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem, NC where she had the privilege of training under some of the best surgeons in the field.
She is a board-certified plastic surgeon and has been the recipient of several research awards and presented her work at the top plastic surgery research meeting across the country.
