Breast Lift

A Mastopexy, usually referred to as a breast lift, is the removal of excess skin from the breast which will give you an elevated, more youthful breast. If you have sagging breasts due to pregnancies, genetics, weight loss or aging, you may benefit from this procedure. There are many types of breast lifts, therefore a personal consultation with Dr. Malek will allow him to examine you and give you his professional opinion on which lift, if any, would be best for you. There are instances where having a breast implant will take up the excess skin and rotate the breast enough so you would not require a lift. The recovery for this procedure is minimal, usually 7-10 days with the sutures being removed within 7-14 days.
