Scottsdale Plastic Surgery Financial Infomation

There is a $50 consultation fee which will be deducted from your Arizona plastic surgery fees if booked within 6 months of the consult.

A non refundable scheduling fee of $500.00 will be due the day of scheduling. This fee is applied to the total surgical fee. Full payment is due at the Pre-operative appointment. This appointment is scheduled a week to ten (10) days prior to your surgery date. Personal checks are not accepted. You may pay by cashiers check, cash, Visa or Mastercard.

We also have available information from confidential financing programs. We would be glad to supply you with telephone numbers.

You will be financially responsible for any requested pre operative reports, which may include; chest x-rays, EKG, laboratory tests, prescription medications, and compression garments.
