This patient had an above the muscle implant placement years prior to consulting with Dr. Malek. Her implant pocket had become stretched and led to obvious rippling of both implants. Dr. Malek recommended internal reconstruction of the pocket with repositioning of the implant below the muscle. This procedure removed all visible rippling and provided internal support of the implants creating more youthful height and cleavage. This patient was thrilled with her result as she was able to avoid a breast lift (skin lift), leaving her with no external scars. Her postoperative result is shown on the right.
