This patient consulted with Dr. Malek after undergoing a breast augmentation at another plastic surgery practice. Her routine breast augmentation was complicated by a “double bubble” (mal-position of the implant due to over-dissection of the internal breast fold). Dr. Malek performed internal pocket reconstruction to reposition the implants and recreate her original infra-mammary folds. Her postoperative result is shown on the right.
